All about being a Customer Service & Sales Agent at Enterprise
What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service & Sales Agent, you're the face of the company: you're the first point of contact for our customers, be it via e-mail, phone or face to face at the location. Your goal is to always provide excellent service. You give personal advice on everything they want to know about car rental – always in a kind, respectful way, of course – and thanks to your friendly help, people will drive off in their rental car with a smile on their face. You're a big part of what makes customers fall in love with Enterprise!
Where will you be working?
You can choose to work at any of the following locations: Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Central Station, Eindhoven Airport and by Station Maastricht.
