Enterprise provides 24/7 Roadside Assistance to their customer. This service can be reached by calling +31 20 740 0952.

Roadside assistance is provided with the rental free of charge in case of mechanical breakdown. In order to benefit from this cover, contact this service immediately after the occurrence of the incident. If this is not done, there will no ability to claim for reimbursement of the expenses. 

Be aware, that call out costs related to breakdowns that are the drivers fault, including for flat batteries, lost keys, out of fuel service or keys locked in the vehicle, are not covered under this insurance as well as eventual costs to repair the vehicle and any travel costs to exchange the vehicle.

Yes, you can! When you’re picking up your rental car, you can let us know at the counter that you’d like to add an additional driver, show us their driver’s license, and you’re all set.

Please note that while the additional driver does not need to be there in person, it is necessary to physically bring their driver's license with you (instead of, for example, a copy or a picture). The driver's license needs to be valid and to have been in the possession of the driver for at least one year.

CDW Basic Cover is included in your reservation with Enterprise. This coverage reduces the applicable excess amount in case of damage to and/or theft of the vehicle. CDW reduces the excess to €1,100 for Mini, Economy, and Compact vehicles; €1,400 for Intermediate and Standard vehicles; and €1,700 for Full‑size, Premium, and Luxury vehicles. For Special category vehicles, the excess is reduced to €3,000. The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost or stolen.

CDW Basic Cover does not cover broken/loss of keys or contamination of fuel. Damage to the under bodywork and/or roof due to collision with bridges, tunnels, overhanging structures etc. is excluded from the damage cover, unless a force majeure can be proved.

Third Party Liability is included in your reservation with Enterprise. 

All vehicles in the Enterprise fleet are insured against bodily injury and property damage that you might inflict on a third party as a result of an accident involving the vehicle. The amounts for such liability cover are available on request. In particular, you must comply with the rule concerning permitted destinations, as set out in the "General Car Rental conditions of Enterprise Rent-A-Car NL" in order to have the full benefit of the insurance provisions.

Yes you can! While making your reservation, you can add extras as a child seat. Theft Protection is included in your reservation with Enterprise. This coverage limits the financial liability in the event of the vehicle being stolen, except where incurred through negligence and/or breach of contract.

A non-waivable charge of €1,100 applies for Mini, Economy, and Compact vehicles; €1,400 for Intermediate and Standard vehicles; and €1,700 for Full‑size, Premium, and Luxury vehicles. For Special category vehicles, the excess is reduced to €3,000.

Tires and Windows Protection covers damage to the rubber tire and windows with a zero excess. The insurance does not cover rims, as a rim is considered as part of the body.

Zero Excess (ZE) is an optional coverage available for selection by the renter. ZE is only available to purchase if Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is selected or included in the reservation. The purchase or inclusion of ZE reduces the customer's liability to 0 EUR in cases of damage to the bodywork, tires or glass, theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle. You must adhere to all rental terms and conditions to receive the benefits of ZE.
