How can I find details about car rental policies?
Almost everything you need to know about your car rental can be found from links visible within the reservation booking path. Even if you are not booking a new rental, you can still get answers to the most commonly asked questions. For detailed answers, populate your pickup location and approximate travel dates in the reservation search fields. After you click Browse/Search Vehicles, you will see a list of vehicles and prices. In the top right corner of this page, you will see a link to “Policies”. By clicking this link, you can see policies specific to the pickup location searched. After reviewing the policy detail, you can proceed with a reservation or can simply quit the reservation path. If you still have questions, please do contact us by telephone or email.
